Kuthira Malika Palace Museum, is a historical palace located in Thiruvananthapuram. The palace was built in the 19th century by Maharaja Swathi Thirunal Rama Varma, who was a patron of the arts and an accomplished musician. The palace was originally named "Kuthira Malika" which means "palace of horses" as the palace features 122 wooden horses carved in the traditional Kerala style and placed along the roof edges. 

The palace is now converted into a museum and is a popular tourist attraction in Thiruvananthapuram. Vizhinjam Rockcut Cave Temple:The Rockcut Cave Temple is an ancient temple located in the coastal town of Vizhinjam, which is about 17 kilometers away from the city of Thiruvananthapuram. The temple is carved out of a rock cliff and is believed to have been built between the 8th and 9th centuries AD, during the reign of the Pallava dynasty. 

The temple has a unique architecture and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It consists of a main shrine, an Ardha Mandapam (semi-hall), and a Mukha Mandapam (front hall), all of which are carved out of the rock.
